This project occurred on two separate weekends. During the first weekend, we lifted 17 picks which consisted of chillers, water tanks, electrical gear and pipe. Staging kicked off around 4 AM and the first lift was around 7:30 AM, which lasted approximately 1 hour. During the second weekend, exactly a week later, we lifted 7 picks, which consisted of of steel frames, cooling towers weighing 17,000lbs and some more electrical gear.

This lift lasted approximately 30 minutes. Manpower consisted of a crew of 8 on the ground and a crew of 6 on the roof. Thackray managed the planning and coordinated the project logistics with Erickson, Herman Goldner, the FAA, Philadelphia Police Department, Philadelphia Fire Department, SEPTA, PennDOT, and the City of Philadelphia Streets division.
