Thackray Crane Rental was contracted to set steel at 9th and Market Streets in Center City, Philadelphia at the former Gallery at Market East redevelopment project, led by The Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust (PREIT) and Macerich.

Our 250 ton Grove Crane, model GMK6520L, was utilized for the Fashion District Philadelphia project. The $325 million dollar renovations, regarded as the largest cohesive retail project in the city, involves a complete refurbishment that will include a new mall of both designer outlet brands and artisanal dining experiences that will span three city blocks.

A work in progress since 2015, the anticipated opening date for the new Fashion District of Philadelphia is fall 2018.
